We engage in Women and Youth's development on various skills for them to be independent. We give considerations to the less privilege. We as well empower the trained Women and Youth for them to become business owners on their various skills development area.
Our skills development strategy is such that we encourage young people to develop the right skills by stimulating enthusiasm for craft and tech related skills. We believe that young people's ideas, creativity and skills will determine the future of the country's economy and social stability.
As part of what we do, we socially re-integrate returnees who see themselves as new comers or minorities back into the social structure of this country. This is done as we up skill them and transition them into the society gracefully as entrepreneurs.
We take it upon ourselves as part of our services to ensure that we integrate the beneficiaries into the job market. This is done through the practical intensive skills development, social reintegration right from the training venue and by their inclusion in our job market digital platform.
